Burt Reynolds plays Jack Rhodes, a high class thief looking to score big on a jewel heist. The Gorgeous Lesley-Anne Down plays Gillian Bromley, a woman who is also determined to take down the same score as Jack. Together they spell trouble for the heist and each other. both stars give funny and believable performances along with a a solid supporting cast. Comedy and suspense are the biggest drivers of the film. Patrick Magee also plays a wonderful and weird role in this conspiracy and heist film. A great ride of an early 80s theft movie.
 
Reynolds and Down are quite effortless in their acting on screen together. The film keeps a good pace while keeping you guessing until the end. This is a fun romantic comedy with an heist movie edge to it. This is definitely a movie for your collection if you are a Burt Reynolds and or a romantic comedy fan.
