After consoling himself due to the loss of his late wife by taking up with the undertaker's spouse, mega wealthy and aging widower Count Leonida (Mario Pisu) has now suffered a serious heart attack. In hopes that the older Casanova will pass by at a faster now due to his lusty desires, he has been assigned the super sexy and Sensuous Nurse Anna (Ursula Andress of Dr. No and What's New Pussycat?) by his potential heir, the scheming Benito. But Anna has other ideas and the plans of Benito and the rest of the old man's heirs go completely astray when the sensuous nurse falls for the decrepit old count!
