DVD Synopsis and information:
Vampire 1979 TV Movie
Richard Miller plays Anton Voytek, an old school vampire. Anton's self-made, but unwanted sleep of nearly 40 years is now disturbed by the ground-breaking ceremony to build a new church. It just so happens that this ceremony takes place over his self-collapsed tomb that was under an old house that was his personal refuge in the 1940s. Anton Voytek arises to drink the blood and control the lives of people of the modern age in the late 1970s. His plans were thwarted to use the wealth he had both stolen and hoarded over the ages of his long life. He begins to exact revenge on the architect, his wife, a retired policeman and all the people who are immediately important to them. In order to gain his revenge and perhaps a companion in his never-ending night he mus proceed with caution, as the cop, Jason Miller, is now onto him.
Richard Lynch is a superb vampire. This is a fantastic made for TV vampire movie. All the performances here are superb; from Richard Lynch to Jason Miller and E.G. Marshall. A must own for any serious vampire movie collector.
