Sharing an imaginative tale of unexpected friendship and love for the two leading females. Both performances on this two disc set are wonderful. Rarely does a musical come along with all the cylinders firing in perfect harmony. You will be awestruck at the production during each performance. While no professional shot performance exists of this musical you will be pleased with the overall clarity and visibility of this performance.
Despite being shot with handheld camera the images are extremely clear, quite stable and the audio throughout. This is a live production of epic proportions. The costumes and songs are absolutely fabulous in both the Atlanta and Broadway performances. The songs are tremendous and the pageantry will leave you in awe. The songs, apparel, scope and spectacle of this musical are simply astounding. The performances in both versions are wonderful. The Broadway 2007 version is simply astounding. Most who have seen this musical find it breathtaking. The songs and performances are wonderful in both captures. This is an absolute must own for any fan of musicals and or The Wizard Of Oz. A truly fantastic show. You will not find a better value or viewing experience for Wicked anywhere!
